The asset manager named Tina Radovic as global chief of credit research.

PRINCIPAL FINANCIAL GROUP

The Insurance and asset management firm named PayPal executive Jonathan Auerbach to its board of directors.

BANK OF AMERICA MERRILL LYNCH
