Yahoo Finance Natural Light stuns fans with special drink release of the summer: 'They will go fast'
At the end of April, Natural Light announced that it was going to drop a new item within its Naturdays line — strawberry lemonade and pineapple lemonade-flavored, alcohol-infused icicles.
For the uninitiated, Natural Light’s Naturdays line is the company’s “summer beer.” The Pineapple Lemonade edition only just dropped in March — which I dusted off my Hawaiian shirt to try — so now I have whiplash from the sheer joy of learning about another summer-centric drink that isn’t rosé in a can.
In addition to these frozen treats, the brand also released a line of Sour Seltzers — which happens to be two of my favorite food-related words combined. One of them tastes like a cold glass of Jolly Ranchers and that’s all you need to know.
The very kind people at Anheuser-Busch sent me samples of the Naturdays Icicles because, as of now, there is no specific launch date for when the product — just vaguely “over the summer.” All I know is that they’re super limited and I will be stalking my local Gristedes until I can stock up.

Because, people, these are a game-changer.
These are frozen Go-Gurts for adults; these are what makes a boring Saturday or a workday into a … Naturday. Natty Light, I will send you my Venmo info in exchange for this brilliant slogan.
The Pineapple Lemonade flavor has a little bit more kick to it than the Strawberry Lemonade — I seriously said, “Ooooooooooh” out loud alone in my one-bedroom-flex apartment (brag) after I drank it. I’m not even sure “drank” is the right verb for this because it’s like a slushy-popsicle hybrid in its consistency.
But not to dunk on Miss Strawberry Lemonade, which was refreshing and sweet and pink. I love all my children equally and they both derailed my workday after I tried them.
Keep your eyes peeled for these because I anticipate they will go fast when they hit shelves. Could icicles be the new seltzer craze?!
