The cast for the series includes Olivia Swann (DC's Legends of Tomorrow), Todd Lasance (Home and Away), Sean Sagar (Fate: The Winx Saga), Tuuli Narkle (Mystery Road: Origin), Mavournee Hazel (Neighbours) and William McInnes (The Newsreader), with the series being created by Morgan O'Neill.
Upon the announcement of the series, CBS Entertainment president Amy Reisenbach teased that the show would have a "uniquely Australian twist", adding: "This fascinating world has been a proven winner with viewers on both linear and streaming platforms.
"Featuring the stunning backdrop of Australia, the new series will incorporate the high-stakes intrigue, humour and camaraderie that have kept fans captivated by the NCIS teams for over two decades," she added.
