NEXT’s Basic Neuro-literacy Now Accredited by the Law Society of Ontario

TORONTO, September 11, 2024--(BUSINESS WIRE)--The Law Society of Ontario officially accredits NEXT’s "Basic Neuro-Literacy Program for Lawyers and Paralegals" under its Continuing Professional Development designation. By this accreditation, the Law Society of Ontario has recognized the importance of lawyers and paralegals training in neuro-literacy.

Nathalie Boutet, a Family Law lawyer and mediator in Ontario, is the co-founder of NEXT Ltd. [https://www.linkedin.com/company/2445110], a neuro-science company that created the Basic Neuro-Literacy Program. Neuro-literacy is the ability to identify and rewire aspects of our brain's automatic responses that are impeding our performance and well-being. It is also the ability to choose more productive responses to wire in, improving how we feel, think, and act.

According to Boutet, "We know the negative impacts that strong emotions can have on decision making ability. This short program quickly and efficiently teaches us emotional self-regulation skills."

"Basic Neuro-Literacy Program for Lawyers and Paralegals" is accredited for 1.5 Professionalism Hours. Anyone can register here and access the 90-minute online self-guided Program for only $100.00: https://mynextsystemcad.myshopify.com/pages/canadian-lawyers-and-paralegals
