Hurricanes social team trolls Bruins fans into oblivion after Game 7 win

The Boston Bruins’ season came to an end on Saturday following their Game 7 loss in the first round, falling 3-2 at the hands of the Hurricanes in Raleigh.

Away from the support of their fanbase in Boston — and feeling the heat from the chants of the crowd in Raleigh — the Bruins couldn’t stop the Canes, especially forward Max Domi, who had the game of his career, scoring twice in the second period and adding an assist, getting in on all three Carolina tallies.

The beating didn't just go down on the ice, however, as Boston's fans were also obliterated by the Hurricanes after the loss when the Canes social media team, who is known to be savage towards their opponents with dark humor and excessive sarcasm, posted a video of a plethora of tweets previously posted by Bruins’ fans taunting the team.

The video shows tweets calling out Carolina, who had their way with the Bruins during the regular season, going 3-0-0 and outscoring them 16-1.

"Wait till the playoffs, right Bruins fans?"

With its Game 7 victory over Boston, Carolina has now won its first-round series in four straight years.

Who will be their next victims? The Hurricanes will take on the winner of the New York Rangers and Pittsburgh Penguins Game 7, which goes down on Sunday. Their fans better get ready!
