Yahoo Finance Nicki Minaj celebrates her 39th birthday with NSFW shoot
Nicki Minaj has marked her 39th birthday in the most wild and wonderful way, and we are totally here for it. In a super revealing shoot that she posted on Instagram, she could be seen holding nothing but a birthday cake, while posing completely naked wearing just a pink wig, body jewellery and high heeled shoes.
The famous rapper turned 39 on December 8, and marked the occasion with a totally NSFW photoshoot. Taking to Instagram to post a trio of snaps, that racked up over four million likes, in the first photo the 'Super Bass' singer can be seen clutching her chest while holding a decorated birthday cake. Nicki wore her pink wig in a vintage-style up-do, exuding old Hollywood glamour, as she wore an encrusted thong and draping body jewellery.
The second photo showed Nicki sitting on a giant cuddly bear wearing nothing but platform heels as she smiled for the camera, and the third photo was similar to the first but this time Nicki bent over as she balanced the cake on one hand.
"Say Happy Birthday to da Bad Guy 🎉🎀," she captioned the carousel of photographs, referencing her 2018 hit 'Chun-Li' – and fans were quick to wish the star a happy birthday.
One said, “You really said, ‘Let em eat CAKE!’”
Another added, “Now this is what a birthday photo should look like.”
Nicki's celebrity friends also wished the rapper a happy birthday, with recent collaborator Jesy Nelson writing, "Stop right now 🤯 happy birthday queen 👑❤️."
Winnie Harlow also penned a sweet message that read, 😍😍😍 Happy Birthday Queen."
