LAGOS (Reuters) - A Nigerian central bank news conference on Tuesday to announce its latest monetary policy decision was delayed for reasons that were no immediately apparent, reporters at the bank said. Central bank officials did not comment on the reason for the delay to the news conference, which normally starts at 1315 GMT. Broadcaster CNBC, which normally televises the decision, said it would start at 1345 GMT. (Writing by Ulf Laessing; Editing by Ed Cropley)
