Important beauty news: Nikita Dragun, the beauty YouTuber and makeup artist with over 8.5 million Instagram followers, teamed up with Morphe on a new eyeshadow palette.
The Morphe x Nikita palette, which retails for $30 on Ulta, features 35 shades that range from sophisticated neutrals to bold shimmers and glitters. In addition to the palette, Nikita and Morphe also partnered on a seven-piece eye brush set in a chic purple chromatic finish.
Although Nikita’s journey in the beauty industry has not been without its ups and downs, there is no denying that Dragun Beauty has made an impact. Upon its initial launch in 2019, the brand sold out of every product within 24 hours. It also happens to be one of the first trans-owned beauty brands to hit mass market.
“I couldn’t think of a better brand to have my first collab with because it feels like we grew separately together,” Dragun told Forbes on the launch. “They feel like a second family and have supported me since my come-up. It’s important because this is such a big launch and they are taking Dragun Beauty along for the ride.”

As for her favorite color in the palette? Well, that’s isn’t so easy. “Nicholas, Nikita, Nicole, Nguyen, and Metamorphosis each represent a different stage of my journey, and each shade can slay a different fantasy,” she told Forbes. “I can’t choose a favorite child!”
