North Sea Crude-Ekofisk weakens amid refinery work

LONDON, March 10 (Reuters) - North Sea Ekofisk crude differentials weakened on Friday on softer demand amid refinery maintenance while Forties was bid higher.

Ekofisk has come under pressure as a major consumer of this grade, Phillips 66 (Hamburg: 18376318.HM - news) 's Humber refinery, is closed for planned work.

WINDOW SUMMARY

* Ekofisk: Glencore (Frankfurt: 8GC.F - news) bought from Gunvor a cargo loading on March 31-April 2 at dated Brent minus 35 cents, down 25 cents from an offer on Thursday.

* Forties: Glencore bid for a March 23-31 cargo at dated minus 45 cents, up 15 cents from a similar bid on Thursday and in line with a deal done for different loading dates. (Reporting by Alex Lawler; editing by David Clarke)
