NORWAY GAS-Flows ease to France, Britain as maintenance starts
* Norway's gas exports amount to 277 mcm/day
* Vesterled pipeline flows to UK shut due to maintenance
OSLO, April 22 (Reuters) - Norwegian gas exports eased to
France and Britain on Tuesday morning (Frankfurt: TDM.F - news) compared with the average
flows seen before the Easter holiday, data from gas system
operator Gassco showed.
Due to maintenance at the Heimdal Riser platform, a gas
transportation hub in the North Sea, flows via the Vesterled
pipeline to Britain were shut on Tuesday until May 19.
A separate gas field maintenance of the same duration was
expected to reduce Norwegian gas output by 30 million cubic
metres (mcm) per day, Gassco said on its website.
The following table shows Norwegian pipeline gas flows
measured in million cubic metres per day compared with the
previous day's closing level:
Destination Real time Pvs session Change(m

Germany & Netherlands 145 146 -1
