NORWAY GAS-Flows to Europe rise as Britain sees higher deliveries

OSLO, July 2 (Reuters) - Norwegian pipeline gas exports to
Europe rose on Thursday on higher deliveries to Britain, while
flows to continental Europe held steady, data from gas system
operator Gassco showed.
Pipeline gas supplies to Europe were running at 319 million
cubic metres per day (mcm/day) at around 1000 GMT, up 5 mcm from
volumes delivered on Wednesday.
Total (Swiss: FP.SW - news) flows rose to their highest levels since the beginning
of April this week after the Shell (LSE: RDSB.L - news) -operated Ormen Lange
field returned to full capacity after annual maintenance.
