Norway's Ormen Lange pipeline output down May 21-31

OSLO, May 2 (Reuters) - Output at Norway's Ormen Lange natural gas pipeline will be reduced between May 21 and May 31 due to maintenance and testing, Royal Dutch Shell (Xetra: R6C1.DE - news) , its operator told the Nordic (SES: MR7.SI - news) power bourse.

Power consumption at the plant processing the gas for the pipeline will vary between 20 and 100 megawatts (MW) during this period, below its 190 MW capacity, Shell (LSE: RDSB.L - news) said. (Reporting by Balazs Koranyi, editing by Terje Solsvik)
