Norwegian Air's CEO says "at the right price, anything is for sale"

OSLO, May 8 (Reuters) - Norwegian Air could potentially be sold to IAG or another bidder if the price was right, but offers made so far have been too low, the budget carrier's top office holders said on Tuesday.

Norwegian last week said it had rejected two takeover proposals from British Airways-owner IAG.

"At the right price, anything is for sale," the company's founder and Chief Executive Bjoen Kjos told reporters on the sidelines of the company's annual shareholders' meeting.

Board Chairman Bjoern Kise said the bids that had been indicated by IAG were too low to be recommended to shareholders. (Reporting by Terje Solsvik; Editing by Adrian Croft)
