AS Inbank has submitted a proposal to the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders to amend Inbank Articles of Association as follows:

7.3 The Management Board is comprised of three (3) to nine (9) members who are elected by the Supervisory Board for three (3) years].

The amendment to the Articles of Association will be decided at the General Meeting of Shareholders held on 30 March 2023.
