Enento Group Plc (“Enento”) has on 8 November 2023 received an announcement under Chapter 9, Section 5 of the Securities Markets Act, according to which the indirect holding of Mandatum Plc has exceeded the threshold of 10 percent on 8 November 2023.
The holdings of Mandatum Plc in Enento amounted to 3,079,433 shares, corresponding to 12.81 percent of Enento’s total shares.
