Oil States Announces First Quarter 2014 Earnings Conference Call

HOUSTON- April 18, 2014-Oil States International, Inc. (OIS) announced today that it has scheduled its first quarter 2014 earnings conference call for Friday, May 2, 2014 at 12:00 pm Eastern time. During the call, Oil States will discuss the results for the quarter ended March 31, 2014, which are expected to be released on May 1, 2014, after markets close.
