Operations return to normal at Phillips 66 New Jersey refinery - source

NEW YORK, Oct (HKSE: 3366-OL.HK - news) 20 (Reuters) - Operations at Phillips 66 (NYSE: PSX - news) Bayway 275,000 barrel-a-day refinery in Linden, New Jersey, were at normal planned levels Tuesday after a failure at a transformer Monday, according to people familiar with the plant.
