Patrick Mahomes announces he's going to be a girl dad

Patrick Mahomes has a baby girl on the way.

The Kansas City Chiefs quarterback and his fiancée Brittany Matthews announced on Wednesday that the baby they are expecting will be a girl.

The couple used their dogs to make the reveal at an apparent Zoom party:

It appears fashion choices are already being made.

The reveal is the latest news in what has been an extraordinarily good year for the former MVP. So far, he has won a Super Bowl, signed a contract worth as much as $500 million and gotten engaged.

Between a Chiefs team that continues to look elite and the baby on the way, he has plenty to look forward to next year as well.
