Piers Morgan announces new book on 'the war on free speech'
Piers Morgan has announced he has authored a new book delving into "the war on free speech".
The TV host revealed the title and cover to his Twitter followers on Thursday, stating that it is set for release in October in multiple formats.
He wrote: "BREAKING: I’m delighted to announce my new book: "WAKE UP - Why the ‘liberal’ war on free speech is even more dangerous than Covid–19."

Morgan has previously penned eight books including a number of memoirs, with the latest released back in 2013.
It came as earlier on Thursday, the journalist teased he had a "big announcement" to make.
After being inundated with comments from speculating followers he clarified: "UPDATE: No, I’m not Ghislaine Maxwell’s secret husband, nor am I transitioning, providing Bitcoin advice, quitting GMB, going vegan or replacing Jofra Archer in the Test match."
Morgan is currently on holiday in Saint-Tropez as he takes a summer break away from Good Morning Britain.

At the weekend, he shared a picture from a plane as he prepared to jet off while bidding Britain goodbye.
“I’m a washed up, knackered pathetic excuse for a celebrity... get me outta here. Bye Britain, it’s been... surreal,” he wrote to Instagram.
His co-star Susanna Reid is also set to be absent until September as their slots are filled by presenters including Ben Shephard and Kate Garraway, who recently returned to the show after taking a break due to her husband's coronavirus battle.
