Just in time for the Lunar New Year, Our Place has launched a seventh limited edition Always Pan that’s the most vibrant in the bunch: a fiery red pan appropriately named “Heat.” And for just $30 more than their standard pans, this option comes in a limited-edition package called the “Red Hot Bundle,” which includes two beautifully hand-crafted additional items.

Original Our Place fans may remember this bold Vermillion Red pan. It initially launched with the brand’s 2020 Lunar New Year Collection and has returned, starting today (January 12, 2021), by popular demand with a new name.
In a press release shared with In The Know, Our Place said the vibrant hue, “which is inspired by spices and the eclectic world of peppers, is a celebration of the Lunar New Year.”
This particular limited-edition pan comes with a hand-woven Bamboo Steamer and a set of handmade cooking chopsticks.
Former Malala Fund co-founder Shiza Shahid created Our Place to inspire families of all cultures and backgrounds to come together over home-cooked meals.
The Always Pan can replace your frying pan, sauté pan, steamer, skillet, saucepan, non-stick pan, spatula and spoon rest. And its cooking possibilities are also impressive. It can braise, sear, steam, strain, sauté, fry, boil, serve and store.
The Always Pan is also dishwasher-safe and is compatible with all cooktops. It’s Teflon, PFAS and PTFE-free and features a heavy-gauge cast aluminum core for quick, even heat distribution.
In addition to this fiery new color, the premiere cookware piece comes in six other colors: char, spice, steam, sage, lavender (recently discontinued) and blue salt.
Shoppers also have been singing the Always Pan’s praises, with several calling it the “perfect” cooking essential.
“This is my new favorite pan. It is the perfect width and depth, and I really love how lightweight it is,” one shopper gushed. “So far, it has only needed a quick wash with the sponge that was kindly provided, and nothing has stuck to it. It also looks great on my stove!”
