Polish govt won't stand in way of pardon for ex-ministers, official says

WARSAW, Jan 11 (Reuters) - Poland's new pro-European government won't stand in the way if a court pardons ex-ministers Mariusz Kaminski and Maciej Wasik, cabinet member Tomasz Siemoniak told Reuters on Thursday.

Polish President Andrzej Duda said on Thursday he was starting the process of pardoning them for a second time, after his 2015 pardon was deemed invalid by the Supreme Court. (Reporting by Marek Strzelecki and Justyna Pawlak)
