LONDON (ShareCast) - Oil heavyweights Shell Polski, BP Europe and Lukoil Polska have entered into an agreement with Polski Koncern Noftowy for the sale of gasoline and diesel oil.
Polski Koncern, based in Poland, announced contracts with the three suppliers to market oil for the next year.
The company estimated the total estimated net value of the agreement with the arm of BP (LSE: BP.L - news) at 6.75bn Polish Zloty. BP shares jumped 0.48% to 450.85p at 12:20 Tuesday.
The total value of the agreements signed between Polski Koncern and its subsidiaries with BP group and its companies from May 5th 2012 to January 8th, 2013 amounted to 8.55bn Polish Zloty.
The one-year agreement with Shell (LSE: RDSB.L - news) 's Polish business was estimated at a total net value of 2.3bn Polish Zloty while the deal with Lukoil Polska was put at 1.55bn Polish Zloty.
All three contracts take effect from January 1st to December 31st.
