Follow the latest updates live from the Premiership final at Twickenham as Exeter Chiefs face Wasps for the right to be called European champions.

Exeter arrive at Twickenham as the newly crowned European champions, following their brilliant victory over Racing 92 in last weekend’s Heineken Champions Cup final. Having finished top of the Premiership table after a miraculous 22 rounds of rugby, Exeter find themselves just one game away from a first ever domestic and European double in the final game of the club season.

With the final being staged four months later than planned, it has been a long wait for Saracens’ successors to be crowned, and yet after all the disruption this game very nearly didn’t go ahead after Wasps suffered a Covid-19 outbreak last week that saw 11 players and staff test positive for coronavirus. Thankfully, Wasps were passed clear of any further positives this week, although four key players in Kieran Brookes, Simon McIntyre, Alfie Barbeary and Brad Shields all miss the final after either testing positive or being forced to self-isolate. That said, Wasps finished the season as the form side and thrashed a second-string Exeter only last month that will give them all the hope they need of causing an upset. Follow the live updates below.
