Were you one of the lucky winners in September's Premium Bonds draw? Once again, two lucky players won £1m each this month.

A person from Sefton with total holdings of £50,000 won the first million. This winning bond (bond number: 409PT785413 ) was bought in August 2020.

The second winning Bond number drawn was 324MB318235 and the winner comes from West Sussex. The winner holds £50,000 in Premium Bonds and purchased their winning Bond in February 2018.

For the September 2022 draw, National Savings and Investments (NS&I) paid out almost 5 million prizes of more than £138m in value.

The total paid out by NS&I in the 65 years since the first draw in June 1957 now stands at £23.4bn, from 582 million prizes.

Jill Waters, NS&I retail director, said: “A massive congratulations to our September winners from Sefton and West Sussex.

“There were more than 119 billion Bonds eligible for this month's prize draw, with Premium Bonds getting more popular amongst the nation's savers with each passing month.

“Each bond eligible in this month's draw had a chance to win not just the £1m jackpot, but also one of the other more than 4.8 million prizes worth between £25 and £100,000.”

As well as the two £1m bonds, there are 10 winners of £100,000, 20 of £50,000, 39 of £25,000, 98 worth £10,000 and 199 valued at £5,000.

Take a look at the rest of the big prize winning numbers from this month's draw to see if you were a winner.
