Yahoo Finance Presley Gerber says his latest face tattoo was fake: 'It was a filter'
Cindy Crawford and Rande Gerber can exhale. Their son, Presley Gerber, says the second face tattoo that he debuted on social media Monday was just a filter — and not the real deal.
The chisel-cheeked model, 20, now says the Los Angeles Dodgers logo and star on his upper cheek was the work of a camera filter. He went on to slam a report saying he got a second face tattoo because he wants to “be hood” and threatened to delete his Instagram account, saying the online chatter about him has been “stressful.”
“It was a filter LOL damn,” Presley wrote in an Instagram Story along with a photo showing his face without the baseball-inspired tattoo. “Also I don’t ‘want to be hood.’ WTF. U don’t know me. Chill. I’m grateful. If I wanted to I could be posting money n sh** but I don’t. So stfu please or imma delete my gram. [It’s] stressful.” (Note: We added punctuation.)
Presley didn’t acknowledge any part in getting the rumor started by posting the photo of the tattoo in the first place.
Presley raised eyebrows in February after he debuted a “misunderstood” tattoo, which is real, under his eye. While not as high-profile as younger sister Kaia Gerber, he is a model making it an unusual decision.
According to Us Weekly, supermodel Crawford and her restauranteur husband/business partner of George Clooney have been concerned about their son. A source described them as “beside themselves” with worry, adding that he had been “hanging out with a group of people who’ve been negatively impacting him.”
An insider to E! News said the couple saw the first tattoo as a “cry for help” and they’ve “been trying to get Presley help since his DUI [arrest] last year.”
Crawford and her husband have been busy with their parental duties with their adult children. They also offered counsel to daughter Kaia, 18, at the end of her high-profile relationship with the troubled Pete Davidson.
