Fancy a day at the races? You won’t have far to go if you buy a home close to a racecourse, though according to estate agency Benham & Reeves you’ll typically pay a 12% premium compared with the wider area to live on the doorstep of a famous equestrian venue. However it’s a safe bet that you’ll be able to command a similar uplift in price when you eventually sell. Get your search off to a galloping start with this section of properties for sale.
