Nearly three-quarters (71%) of UK homeowners are fed up with various aspects of their homes, with energy bill increases and unexpected repairs topping the list of frustrations, according to research by housebuilder Redrow.

Just 20 minutes by train from Norwich, these two and three-bedroom shared ownership houses are aimed at people with small deposits who can’t otherwise afford to climb on to or up the housing ladder. Rather than putting down a deposit and covering the balance with a mortgage, they buy a share of between 25% and 75% of the full market value and pay subsidised rent on the rest.
