Quality Street Pick and Mix is back at John Lewis along with a brand new sweet!
Good news Quality Street fans, Pick and Mix tins of the famous choccies return this Chritsmas at John Lewis, allowing you to fill up on all your favourites and none of those sad choccies that are left siting in the tin, picked over till New Year. We're not naming names.
Plus, if that wasn't exciting enough, a brand new sweet has been announced exclusive to the John Lewis Pick and Mix; Crème Caramel Crisp! A crème caramel flavour with crispy biscuit pieces, coated milk and white chocolate! It sounds delicious, plus it;s the first Quality Street sweet to ever include white chocolate! About time.
Quality Street brand manager Cat Mews said in the press release; "We know how much people missed our pick and mix stations at John Lewis last year, so we are delighted to announce that they are back for 2021. It’s a landmark year for Quality Street as the brand turns 85, and we’re celebrating our return to John Lewis with an exclusive new sweet and a beautifully designed collector’s tin that shoppers can personalise with a name of their choice.
"Best of all, you can tailor the contents exactly to your liking, whether that means nothing but purple ones, a tin full of toffees or a feast of fruit crèmes. With all this, plus the delicious new Crème Caramel Crisp sweet to try, we think this year’s Quality Street pick and mix stations will be a bigger hit than ever! "
The special John Lewis Collectors tins can be personalised not only with your own curation from the 12 tasty sweets, but also with names on the tin. Personalised tins cost £15, or £12 for Pick and Mix without personalisation. You can even refill a previous John Lewis Quality Street tin if you have one at home, with Pick and Mix refills priced at £10.
John Lewis Christmas Buyer Lisa Cherry added in the release; "We know that this year, our customers are looking to make their celebrations extra special however they can, so we are pleased to be able to bring back our in-store experiences which offer a more interactive and personalised shopping experience for all the family.
"Launching the first ever Quality Street sweet featuring white chocolate is so exciting and we can’t wait to hear what our customers think of this new and exclusive flavour. It’s just one of the ways we are hoping to make more magical moments for our customers this Christmas."
The pick and mix station at John Lewis’s flagship Oxford Street store will open on 21 September, with other participating stores following from the end of the month.
Including : Trafford Centre Manchester, Peter Jones London, Cribbs Causeway Bristol, Brent Cross, Cheadle, Nottingham, High Wycombe, Bluewater, Leicester, Milton Keynes, Liverpool, Cambridge, Newcastle, Stratford, Edinburgh and Cardiff.
The Quality Street John Lewis tin weighs 1.2kg and prices are as follows:
