How to make a raspberry sour cocktail

Sweet, fresh raspberries combined with zesty lime juice gives this cocktail the punchy flavours we love from a drink. It's an effortless blend of flavours plus it's a light and refreshing cocktail which looks stunning in a coupe, and a flavourful aperitif for your next cocktail hour.

What are the ingredients for a Raspberry Sour?

A sour cocktail traditionally uses egg whites to make it frothy but this one from Dima's keeps it simple without the need. The tripled-grain vodka uses barley, wheat and rye, which gives it a richer and more rounded flavour profile, crystal-clear clarity and a velvety smoothness. Mix with some sweet fresh raspberries, a dash of raspberry liqueur, tangy lime juice and fresh and uplifting mint leaves for a delicious summer cocktail option.
