Rita Ora rocked a string bikini in Dubai, and her abs are pure #fitspo
Rita Ora is hanging out in Dubai and she’s not screwing around in the fashion department. The singer just posted the most epic photo dump from her time in the city, and she served up look after look.
In the first snap the 32-year-old songstress was on a beach as she modelled a naked crop top, which she layered over a beaded raffia miniskirt—showing off some seriously strong core in the process. In the next, Rita is in a string bikini and T-shirt (which she lifted up to show off some more core). Cut on over to shots of Rita in a miniskirt and a crop top paired with knee-high boots; followed by Rita in a pleated miniskirt and long-sleeved, core-baring top; and Rita in yet another killer bikini. And if these photos are indicative of anything, it’s that she's been spending some serious quality time at the gym.

Of course, Rita didn’t get that impressive muscle by sitting on her booty. She recently shared several videos of herself on Instagram at the gym, and it’s clear that she goes hard. In one, she’s working on her Nordic hamstring curls with an exercise ball; in another, she does sprints on a machine that basically mimic sled pushes as her trainer coaches her form.
Swipe on over to a shot of Rita doing a chin-up like a boss (while flexing some serious muscles in the process), followed by Rita on a hike. Clearly, there's no doubt that she’s pretty dedicated to her fitness.
Rita works out with Jono Castano (who also works with Rebel Wilson), and she’s shared plenty of BTS workout content. In 2021, she casually dropped a video of herself doing chest presses while balancing just her shoulder blades on a bench as she held a bridge position which—whew.
Castano previously told the Daily Mail that he’s big into HIIT workouts for his clients. 'My philosophy requires recommending a combination of workouts comprising HIIT, stretching, and recovery,' he said. 'It's important to ensure I hit each of the three areas for a rounded fitness and wellness plan. For example, with Rita, we might focus on HIIT cardio training in the first half of the week, then core and upper body in the middle, and lower body at the end.'
The takeaway? Rita puts in the work…and the results speak for themselves!
