Yahoo Finance Robert Rinder feels 'overwhelming sense of sadness' for muggers who stole his phone
Robert Rinder has said he feels an "overwhelming sense of sadness" for the thieves who mugged him.
On Wednesday night the criminal barrister tweeted that three people had robbed him of his phone in north London.
He spoke of concern about the future of the muggers in a follow-up post on Thursday.

"After the rage, I feel an overwhelming sense of sadness for these boys because I’ve seen where their path leads," Rinder, 42, shared.

In his original message, Rinder offered a financial reward for information to "find and stop" the thieves.
He wrote: "I’ve just had my phone grabbed out my hands by 3 boys wearing balaclavas on bikes (Finchley Road & Canfield gardens).
"They laughed as I shouted to drop it. Im in shock but am insured & privileged. Others are less lucky. Help me find these people & stop them (financial reward)."

The Metropolitan Police said officers are investigating a report of a theft at around 8.40pm on Wednesday in Finchley Road.
A statement said: “Three males dressed in black approached the victim and took his mobile phone. Inquiries are ongoing. No arrests at this early stage.”
