Russia's Rosneft CEO says oil market yet to rebalance

VERONA, Oct (Shenzhen: 000069.SZ - news) 19 (Reuters) - Global oil reserves are not yet at their normal level and it is too early to talk about a watershed in terms of rebalancing the oil market, Igor Sechin, chief executive of Russia's oil major Rosneft, told an industry forum in Verona on Thursday.
