MOSCOW, Feb 9 (Reuters) - Russian aluminium producer Rusal (HKSE: 0486-OL.HK - news) is considering a secondary public offering of its shares, two sources told Reuters on Thursday.
One of the sources close to the discussions said Rusal could offer 20 percent of its shares in London.
