Ryanair says absolutely confident no pilot shortage next summer

DUBLIN, Oct (Shenzhen: 000069.SZ - news) 31 (Reuters) - Ryanair Chief Financial Officer Neil Sorahan:

* says 'absolutely' confident airline will have sufficient pilots and standby pilots for next summer

* says pilots at over 10 of its 86 bases have approved new pay deal; management continues to engage with pilots

* says rostering issue was human error rather than systems failure; says systems are strong

* says expects average fares to fall between 5 and 6 pct in six months to end march
