Ryman Hospitality Properties (RHP) Beats Q1 FFO and Revenue Estimates

Ryman Hospitality Properties (RHP) came out with quarterly funds from operations (FFO) of $1.89 per share, beating the Zacks Consensus Estimate of $1.37 per share. This compares to FFO of $0.63 per share a year ago. These figures are adjusted for non-recurring items.

This quarterly report represents an FFO surprise of 37.96%. A quarter ago, it was expected that this hotel and resort real estate investment trust would post FFO of $1.68 per share when it actually produced FFO of $1.94, delivering a surprise of 15.48%.

Over the last four quarters, the company has surpassed consensus FFO estimates three times.
