SP, Brazil (AP) _ Companhia de Saneamento Basico do Estado de Sao Paulo (SBS) on Friday reported fourth-quarter profit of $395.9 million.

On a per-share basis, the Sp, Brazil-based company said it had profit of 58 cents.

The waste management company posted revenue of $1.29 billion in the period.

For the year, the company reported profit of $744.6 million, or $1.09 per share. Revenue was reported as $4.22 billion.

Sabesp shares have risen 29 percent since the beginning of the year. The stock has climbed 1 percent in the last 12 months.
