SINGAPORE — A Singapore Armed Forces (SAF) regular serviceman died when he suffered a heart attack after completing his own physical training in Kranji Camp on Friday (26 February).

According to the Ministry of Defence (Mindef), the 39-year-old felt unwell at the end of his physical exertions and was evacuated to Kranji Camp Medical Centre at 830am.

He was conscious and subsequently conveyed to National University Hospital (NUH) via ambulance 20 minutes later.
