Yahoo Finance The Saturdays star Mollie King announces pregnancy
The Saturdays and Strictly Come Dancing star Mollie King has confirmed that she is pregnant with her first child.
Sharing the news on her Instagram account, the singer posted a photo of herself and cricketer fiancé Stuart Broad alongside the caption: 'Stuart and I are so so happy to share that we're expecting a baby later this year! We're absolutely over the moon.'
Her fiancé shared the same image to his account, writing: 'Mollie & I are thrilled to be expecting a baby at the end of the year! Exciting times ahead!'
The couple were first linked in March 2018 but split in August 2018, before reuniting in February 2020 and getting engaged on New Year's Day last year.
Since appearing on the 2017 season of Strictly, where she made it to the semi-final, King has gone on to have a successful presenting career, most recently hosting the reboot of Beauty and the Geek.
King is co-presenting alongside Matt Edmondson on the show which sees female 'beauties' and self-confessed male 'geeks' matched up as they embark on a journey of self-discovery and hopefully love.
Commenting on her presenting role, King said: 'I can't wait to host the return of the UK series of Beauty and the Geek with Matt! As a pair, we are determined to help the couples get the best out of this adventure, and really want them to bring out the best in one another.
'Of course, being a hopeless romantic I'm hoping to see some sparks fly too! Ultimately, we want everyone to be seen and appreciated for who they really are inside.'
