Saved By The Bell Star Diamond Back In Jail

Saved By The Bell star Dustin Diamond is back in jail, accused of violating the terms of his parole.

An official from a Wisconsin jail said the actor was arrested on Wednesday.

Diamond had only recently been freed after serving three months of a four-month sentence for disorderly conduct and carrying a concealed weapon.

He was accused of pulling a knife on a man at a bar on Christmas Day 2014.

An official from the Ozaukee County Jail confirmed the star was back behind bars because of a probation violation, but gave no further details.

The 39-year-old gained fame as boy genius Screech Powers in Saved By The Bell, a popular 1990s comedy show.

More recently, he has been working as a stand-up comedian.
