Schaltbau Holding AG back on track for growth - Supervisory Board election upcoming
Periodic election of Supervisory Board members at Annual General Meeting on 28 May 2021
Dr Hans Fechner: "Schaltbau is back with renewed strength"
Munich, 18 May 2021 - Schaltbau Holding AG [ISIN DE000A2NBTL2] is holding periodic Supervisory Board elections at its Annual General Meeting on 28 May 2021. Supervisory Board Chairman Dr Hans Fechner, who will not be standing for re-election, sees the Schaltbau Group as being firmly on course for continued growth going forward.
"After some difficult years and despite the corona crisis, Schaltbau is back with renewed strength - as the latest quarterly figures show. The target set by policymakers of achieving climate neutrality by 2045 opens up excellent market opportunities for Schaltbau in the fields of e-mobility and the energy- and hydrogen-driven economy of the future," said Dr Hans Fechner, Chairman of the Supervisory Board of Schaltbau Holding AG.
"I would like to take this positive development as an opportunity to thank my colleagues on the Supervisory Board and the Executive Board for the valuable, productive teamwork over the past three challenging years," Dr Fechner continued. "Schaltbau is now extremely well positioned and, following the successful bond issue, can make the most of the opportunities presented by the emerging socio-political shift towards climate protection and the declared aim of climate neutrality."
The members of the Schaltbau Executive Board also wish to thank the current members of the Supervisory Board for the confidence placed in them, for the consistently constructive corporate dialogue and also for their tremendous support in framing Strategy 2023.
