Schibsted ASA has on 27 February 2015 sold and transferred 10,902 treasury shares to participants in the Employee Share Saving Plan at a price of NOK 451.80 per share (the closing price 25 February 2015). The transaction is in relation to the third enrolment window in the Employee Share Saving Plan for 2014.
