Coming off a strong Q3, Sealy & Company is on pace to post a record year in total transaction volume and number of closed transactions. The addition of the Park City Industrial Center Portfolio marks the 4th new market Sealy & Company has entered in 2021, taking the company's footprint to 19 markets.

The Wichita, Kansas market, known as the Air Capitol of the World, is a global hub of advanced manufacturing, engineering, and research and development, with one of the world's most highly trained and advanced workforces. The Park City Industrial Portfolio is ideally located off I-135, immediately north of Wichita, Kansas, near the geographic epicenter of the continental United States and adjacent to the new 1 million square foot Amazon Distribution Center. All four buildings have been built within the last six years, with design features making them among the most desirable industrial properties in the Wichita market. Each building is equipped with ESFR fire suppression systems, insulated walls and roofs, 10' dock doors, and functional concrete truck courts.

"As a fourth-generation, family-owned company, we bring to the table an institutional closing capability with an entrepreneurial spirit. Because of this structure, we are able to react and move more quickly on deals than other larger competitors," says Jason Gandy, Sealy & Company's Managing Director – Investment Services.

Sealy & Company purchased the property from the owner Murdock Properties, LLC, who was represented by Whitney Kerr of Cushman & Wakefield, with the support of Sealy's Investment Services team, led by Jason Gandy and Davis Gibbs.
