Share transfer by Yara Board member

Oslo, 18 February 2021: Yara Board member Håkon Reistad Fure today transferred 2,500 Yara shares from his private holding to Company One AS, his wholly-owned private company, at a price of NOK 414.50 per share.


Following this transaction Håkon Reistad Fure owns 22,500 Yara shares, held in Company One AS.
