Shell has begun olefins cracker shutdown for maintenance at Dutch plant

* Royal Dutch Shell began to shut down an olefins cracker at its Moerdijk petrochemical plant in the Netherlands over the Easter weekend, a spokesman for the oil major said.
* There are ongoing labour-related strikes by Dutch unions at the site.
