Shell Nigeria lifts force majeure on Bonny Light exports

Sept 6 (Reuters) - Shell (LSE: RDSB.L - news) 's Nigerian unit, Shell Petroleum Development Co(SPDC), said it has lifted a force majeure on Bonny Light exports effective Tuesday following the re-opening of Nembe Creek Trunk Line (NCTL) by the operator, Aiteo.

The force majeure declared on Aug. 12, following the shutdown of NCTL after a leak, was lifted effective 12:00 hours Nigerian time (11 GMT), the company said.
