The holidays may look a little different this year, but dressing up is in my DNA and nothing will ever stop me from having the perfect outfit. So, I’ve rounded up a few outfits for every occasion this holiday season. Whether you’re staying home and FaceTiming your friends and family or having a festive, intimate dinner, I have the perfect outfit for you.

My first look is what I will be wearing to Thanksgiving this year — in my living room. My immediate family members deserve to see this monochrome masterpiece. 2020 has been hard enough; we all deserve the perfect winter white ensemble. My ivory oversized trench coat from ASOS is the perfect winter staple.

I paired it with an Amazon find from The Drop and cropped the front by tucking it under my bra strap, which is a little trick I learned, and don’t know how I survived without it. I also added a pair of similarly-colored cropped flare jeans and Zara booties. Tip: It can sometimes be hard to match the colors exactly with a monochrome outfit, but as long as they are in the same color family, it will still look great!

My next look is for that intimate friends dinner to really get you into the holiday spirit. Velvet screams festive, and I will take any excuse to wrap my entire body in velvet. I found this oversized blazer with a matching mini-skirt from Zara and realized the blazer could also double as a blazer dress. I love being able to take one piece of clothing and style it in a multitude of ways — it helps me justify all of the shopping I do!

If this set is too much velvet for you, the skirt could also pair perfectly with an oversized chunky sweater. I found these metallic square-toe boots, and they go perfectly with the rest of the look as they pick up the detail of the embellished button.

My next look is for that casual, around the apartment, nothing over-the-top vibe. Stylish, but comfortable. I found this vest on Amazon. Sweater vests are having a real moment right now, and I want so many of them, but I’m also not prepared to spend a ton of money on a trend like this.

I paired it with a white button-up and a pair of black skinny jeans. Just because we are staying home doesn’t mean we have to be in sweats all of the time, although it still feels nice to remain comfortable.

This look is for anyone who is like me. I don’t care if my holiday plans consist of four people or 400. I will forever love getting dressed up during the holidays. I found these sequined flare pants and fell in love with them immediately.

One of my holiday tips is if you have one statement piece that may be a little over-the-top, keep the rest of the look simple. I paired these pants with a simple black bodysuit and opted out of adding any jewelry at all.

My last look is for that Zoom holiday party that you are forced into going to, but low-key are very excited for! Zoom and FaceTime are all about the waist up, so accessorizing and adding a little drama to your outfit up top makes all the difference. I found this Angora balloon sleeve sweater recently, and I have been absolutely living in it because, 1. I think it’s adorable, and 2. Wearing a matching set makes my life so much easier.

I just paired it with a pair of jeans because, again, nobody’s seeing the bottom half of your outfit here. The color is on the greenish gray side, so black skinny jeans or a black mini-skirt is how I would typically style something like this. Sometimes those Zoom hangouts can get loud and, if the wine is flowing, you can take the cardigan off and be in a cute tank.
