Sibanye-Stillwater shareholders approve Lonmin deal
JOHANNESBURG, May 28 (Reuters) - A large majority of Sibanye-Stillwater's shareholders on Tuesday approved a takeover bid for Lonmin that aims to create the world's second-largest platinum producer.
