(OTC: SIPC), a diversified conglomerate corporation specializing in technology, manufacturing and distribution of commercial and consumer products announces that Sipp Industries and Ute Pass Brewing Company have begun formulations and product development for a revolutionary Cannabidiol (CBD) infused hemp craft beer to be launched this summer.

Sipp Industries' subsidiary Major Hemp is pleased to announce that the initial run of five craft beers was sold out within three days of the launch at Ute Pass Brewing Company. Major Hemp Porter was the highest rated hemp craft beer and was mentioned last week in the prominent local Colorado Springs Independent news outlet.

Patrons and samplers like the aroma, appearance and taste of the hemp crafted beers as well as the positive effects of hemp seeds which are high in protein, fiber and essential fatty acids (EFAs) Omega-3, Omega-6 and Omega-9. Major Hemp President Ted Jorgensen stated, "There was clearly something unique and different about the hemp craft beers from everyone I spoke with at Ute Pass Brewing Company on 4/20."

Based on the positive feedback and results, Ute Pass Brewing Company and Major Hemp believe innovating infusion of CBD with its proprietary hemp beer recipes will bring significant interest and demand not only from local on premise customers but large volume distributors and retail customers throughout the state of Colorado.
