South Africa's Kganyago does not foresee risk of more downgrades

PRETORIA (Reuters) - The South African Reserve Bank does not foresee risks of further ratings downgrades for Africa's most developed economy, Governor Lesetja Kganyago said on Monday. Kganyago made the statement following the release of the bank's December monetary policy review. Moody's downgraded South Africa's credit rating in November, citing poor prospects for medium-term growth and rising public debt. [ID:nL4N0SW7QS]
