South Sudan says talks over blocks B1 and B2 end, seeks new partners

CAPE TOWN, April 24 (Reuters) - South Sudan said that Blocks B1 and B2 were open for direct negotiation after talks with Total (LSE: 524773.L - news) , Tullow Oil (LSE: TLW.L - news) and the Kuwait Foreign Petroleum Exploration Company broke down over "irreconcilable differences".
